As per EHC Olten's transfer page, the 28-year-old forward is, however, not the only former player of the Mice to take on a new adventure in life. Larri Leeger and Timothy Kast, too, have decided to no longer play professionally.

Mosimann is a product of EHC Biel and suited up for the Seelanders, HC Ajoie (one championship title), the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers (one championship title), HC Thurgau, and EHC Olten throughout his career. Leeger, for his part, was part of EHC Kloten's, the ZSC Lions' (one National League title), Lausanne HC's (three Swiss League titles), HC Fribourg-Gottéron's, EV Zug's, the SCL Tigers' and the Mice's organization.

Kast started out with Genève-Servette HC (and returned later in his career), then moved to play for EHC Basel, HC La Chaux-de-Fonds, EV Zug, SC Bern, and then Olten.

Other players will simply leave EHC Olten: the Mice also confirm the departures of Rihards Puide, Timo Haussener, and Sean Collins.
