The cancellation of the first two games in October is an item on their agenda, according to sources of the Tribune de Genève. CHL officials previously stated that their schedule is very flexible and the tournament could start in November as well.
The CHL changed its format this season to feature a knock-out-style tournament beginning with a round of 32. The planned starting date is October 6th.
