The government plans to reopen the country step by step over several months. Sports fans might be able to return to arenas in April if the epidemiological situation remains stable throughout March. A key factor would be the positivity rate of tests which is to stay under 5% in order for more relaxations to be considered.
With the National League Pre-Playoffs scheduled to begin on April 7th, it is possible that fans would be allowed to attend these games and the subsequent Playoffs beginning April 14th. However, it is unclear how many fans would be allowed and which restrictions might still apply.
