Initially set for April 1, the plans to perhaps re-open events to the public - within a certain scope - have moved up to March 22, as the Federal Council announced at today's press conference. The plans are still tied to the same conditions. A definite decision is to be made on March 19. Whether this would actually mean that spectators will be allowed back into hockey arenas is still up in the air.
