According to Värmlands Folkblad, Marcus Nilsson will join Färjestad BK on a long-term contract. Nilsson recently told Arvika Nyheter that he and Färjestad's GM Peter Jakobsson had a great talk and that if he were to return home next year, Färjestad would be number one on his list.
The Berner Zeitung recently reported that Nilsson was not an option for his current team, the SCL Tigers, for the upcoming season. While Nilsson has stated that other Swiss teams were also interested in him, it seems like he has decided to return to Sweden.
