"I can imagine both if it feels right and exciting," Markus Ljungh says to the Corren (relayed by hockeysverige.se). Although the forward's contract with the SHL's Linköping HC is valid for two more seasons, it contains an out-clause, which allows him to leave in direction of Switzerland or Russia.
"I have always been honest (...) and said that if something really good comes up, I and the rest of the family will consider it," Ljungh explains. So far, however, he has only turned down a few offers and there are no more left on his table at the moment.
Markus Ljungh joined Linköping HC in summer 2020 after a one-year stint in the KHL. In 45 regular season games for the SHL team, he recorded 36 points (eleven goals).
