HCFG's Charles Bertrand returns to Finland

La Liberté already reported at the end of March that Bertrand would not return to HC Fribourg-Gottéron for another season. The forward only played 26 games for the Dragons, recording nine goals and five assists.

The Frenchman had played most of his career in the Finnish Liiga before he signed with Sibir Novosibirsk (KHL) in 2018. In November 2018, he agreed to terms with HCFG and finished the season with them.
