Giovanni Morini's third World Championship is over after only one game.

According to ticinonews, Morini will travel back to Lugano already today, as the injury is preventing him to suit up again in this season. The 24-year-old was forced to throw in the towel following a contact with Switzerland's Yannick Weber in the 14th minute of play. After the game, Morini was brought to the hospital for further examination to his leg.
