Jari Allevi sustained the injury in the game against his former club GCK Lions on Tuesday, EHC Winterthur informs. As a consequence, he will be sidelined for "at least" six weeks, the statement says.

This season so far, Allevi has suited up 26 times for Winterthur and put up a total of five points (three goals). He also played three games for EHC Dübendorf (one goal).
