Medical Report

The Grenats have given an update on their most recent injured players and their general infirmary situation.

Netminder Gauthier Descloux will be unavailable to Genève-Servette HC until the Olympic Break in February. In the final minutes of their game last Friday, the netminder had to be replaced after suffering a lower-body injury.

Defenseman Henrik Tömmernes is listed as day-to-day after being the victim of a hit to the head.

Forward Noah Rod has to sit out for the coming six to eight weeks after undergoing surgery. Trying to block a shot, the captain broke his hand.

Fellow forwards Stéphane Patry and Marc-Antoine Pouliot will both be sidelined for two to three weeks due to lower-body injuries.

The Grenats' infirmary already hosts Marco Miranda, Jonathan Mercier, and Jesse Tanner (all three out indefinitely), Stéphane Charlin (five to seven weeks), as well as Sami Vatanen (day-to-day).
