Twelve National League teams, eleven Swiss League teams, and nine MySports League/Regio League teams will be in this season's tournament.
HC Ajoie, who won the 2019-20 edition of the Swiss Ice Hockey Cup, will face HC Martigny in the Round of 32. The games will take place, provided everything goes according to plan, on September 15 and September 16.
