The SIHF has rejected the request of Lausanne HC to increase the sanction given to the Lions' forward for a check to the head.

Case closed: Sven Andrighetto will not be suspended further.

In the opinion of Lausanne HC, the one-game suspension given to Sven Andrighetto for the check to the head of Charles Hudon was too light. Nevertheless, the SIHF maintained its original decision. Andrighetto will therefore be available to the ZSC Lions on Sunday for Game 1 of the playoffs semifinal against Genève-Servette HC, having already sat out yesterday's game.
