According to 24 heures, Lausanne HC will have to make do without Tim Bozon and Fabian Heldner as they are injured. Bozon will be out of the lineup for several weeks. Cory Emmerton will likely be the odd man out tonight.
EHC Biel, on the other hand, will definitely not be able to count on Joren van Pottelberghe. According to the Journal du Jura, Etienne Froidevaux (ligaments) and Mike Künzle (minor concussion) will also not be part of the first game of the season.
Froidevaux might, however, make his comeback this weekend. Künzle will undergo further medical exams next week. Luca Cunti and Luca Hischier might also not be in tonight's game. The coaches will decide this morning whether they will be in the lineup tonight.
