According to the Bieler Tagblatt, Mike Künzle sustained the injury sometime during the last games. EHC Biel will play their next game on Thursday, whether the forward will be back in the lineup is not yet clear. In 18 games for the Seelanders, Künzle has recorded five goals and five assists.

The 28-year-old forward sustained a shoulder contusion and was not able to play against HC Davos last night.
