Mats Alge has been dealing with a foot injury for quite some time. Now, in consultation with the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, he has decided to solve the problem with surgery. Alge debuted in the National League this season but mainly suited up for the U20 squad of the Lakers. Moreover, he participated in the World Juniors a few weeks ago.

SCRJ Lakers without Mats Alge for the rest of the season
In agreement with the club, the 19-year-old decided to treat a foot injury with season-ending surgery.
