The referees did not see Josh Teves' (SC Bern) high stick, which put an early end to Keanu Derungs' workday. The 20-year-old left the game with a laceration and did not return, the Berner Zeitung reports.
According to the Tages-Anzeiger, it remains to be seen if Derungs will be able to suit up in Game 2 on Thursday.
