Kurashev took a hit from Capitals forward Tom Wilson on his second shift of the game, ncbs reporter Charlie Roumeliotis writes. The 23-year-old center was not able to return on the ice and went to the locker room.
Blackhawks' head coach Luke Richardson said after the game that it is not yet clear how serious the injury is. Kurashev has to undergo further medical examination on Friday.
