As reported by the Südostschweiz, the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers will face HC Oceláři Třinec in their first regular season game of the Champions Hockey League with only four imports, namely Maxim Noreau, Roman Červenka, Victor Rask and Jordan Schroeder.
Nicklas Jensen, Emil Djuse, and Brett Connolly are still not fit enough after injuries suffered in the spring or are being rested as a precaution. Puck-drop against the Czech team is at 17:00 (CET).
