Team Europe head coach Ralph Krueger seems to be already busy selecting players for the upcoming World Cup of Hockey in Toronto, which will be held from September 17 to October 1, 2016.

As Klaus Zaugg reports in today's Schweiz am Sonntag, Jonas Hiller (Calgary Flames), Roman Josi (Nashville Predators), Luca Sbisa (Vancouver Canucks), Mark Streit (Philadelphia Flyers) and Nino Niederreiter (Minnesota Wild) are supposedly among the players Ralph Krueger has nominated for the World Cup.

The 56-year-old Canadian-German was named head coach of Team Europe in mid-September and will have the task to put together a team out of NHL-players from those European countries outside of the Czech Republic, Finland, Russia and Sweden. (rlu/mso)
