Bodenmann feels comfortable in his current environment in Switzerland's capital city. This is not a big surprise, as the forward became Swiss Champion with the Bears in every single year since his arrival.
"There's no rush for that," Bodenmann tells the Neue Zürcher Zeitung when asked about the contract extension with SCB. He leaves open whether a return to his youth team EHC Kloten could be an option.
The Swiss international joined SC Bern from EHC Kloten in 2015 and has suited up in a total of 112 games for them ever since, putting up 21 goals and 39 assists.
