Joggi has been under investigation for a potential cross-check or check to the head of HC Fribourg-Gottéron's Yannick Rathgeb in the 57th minute of play. The game-misconduct penalty he received following the incident, however, remains in place. Moreover, he has to pay a fine of CHF 1,700.- (including procedural costs).
