The 32-year-old forward has spent the last six seasons in Switzerland, playing for SC Bern, the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, and Lausanne HC. While he would like to return home, he has yet to find a new team for the 2018-19 season. His contract with Lausanne HC will expire at the end of the season.

As for Dustin Jeffrey, he already told rts.ch that he would not mind staying in Lausanne. According to 24 heures, Lausanne is also interested in keeping him but not at any prize. It thus remains to be seen whether the Canadian will suit up for the Lions in the next season.
