"I want to be closer to my family and face new challenges," Schneeberger tells Kapp. Blick reported last week that Schneeberger would not extend his contract with Davos. RTS later added that HC Fribourg-Gottéron is interested in the defenseman.
On another note, Sven Jung seems to want to stay in the Landwassertal. The 22-year-old defenseman has been part of HC Davos' organization since the 2013-14 season. In 21 games this season thus far, he has scored three assists.
