Marc Kämpf remains a Bear for at least two more years. SC Bern and the forward have agreed on a contract extension through to the 2019-20 season.

Kämpf, who is a product of HC Davos, joined SC Bern from Swiss League's SC Langenthal in summer this year. Since season start, the 27-year-old has appeared in 21 games for the Bears, recording five goals and three assists.

The forward is currently sidelined with an undisclosed injury but is expected to return to game action in about ten days, the club announces.
