Jeffrey already revelead to 24 heures in mid-November that he would like to stay in Lausanne. Last week, the club's team manager Jan Alston then disclosed to Le Matin that the club is negotiating with the player and that the discussions would be going in a positive direction.
The 29-year-old forward is currently Lausanne HC's leading scorer and also the league's topscorer. In 33 games, the Canadian has managed to record nine goals and 29 assists.
