"I do not want to comment on my contractual situation. All I can say is that I like the Lions very much, even though we are currently not experiencing the success we would like," the 30-year-old forward tells the newspaper.
Pettersson is currently in his first season with the ZSC Lions. While his deal expires at the end of the season, his contract includes an option for the 2018-19 season. The Swede has recorded 19 goals and 19 assists in 34 games for the Lions this season.
