Cristobal Huet will officially hang up his skates this Saturday when Lausanne HC plays their final game of the season. His future? It might lie within the club's organization.

"I cannot talk too much about it now," the 42-year-old tells the ATS/SDA. However, discussions about a potential job within the club have apparently already taken place. LHC's team manager Jan Alston, for his part, clearly wants him to stay within the organization: "Our goal is to keep him here. We could use his skills, values and experience to continue growing."

The French-Swiss goalie, who has been minding the Lions' net since 2012, participated in two Olympic Games (Nagano 1998, Salt Lake City 2002) and 13 World Championships with the French national team over the course of his career. In addition, Huet won the Stanley Cup with the Chicago Blackhawks in 2010.
