It has not been particularly smooth sailing for Inti Pestoni in his first two seasons with the ZSC Lions. Last season, he was taken out of the team by coach Hans Wallson because his physical condition was not good enough. Also this season, he was not able to stand out. For the past ten games, the 26-year-old has been a healthy scratch for the Lions.

However, Pestoni might return for the final series against HC Lugano, theTages-Anzeiger and Blick write. He has been practicing with a blue jersey and also practiced in their powerplay. He might thus break into the lineup as their 13th forward. Pestoni could be of a particular value for ZSC now: against Lugano, the former Ambrì-forward put up five points in eight games.
