A return to their former club is very unlikely due to monetary reasons, Biel's team manager Martin Steinegger tells the Journal de Jura. Since they have already signed Kloten's defenseman Dominik Egli, their budget does not allow for good offers to the two defenders.
That Steiner, 26, has drawn interest from Lausanne HC was already reported a few days ago. Now Jecker might have a new place for next season as well. The 23-year-old might possibly be a part of HC Lugano's plans.
