Schlagenhauf joins the National League team from EHC Kloten. He would have had a contract in place with the relegated team until 2020 but was now free to join the Lakers, as the contract is no longer valid due to the relegation. He has signed a two-year deal with the Lakers.
Profico's original deal would have expired in 2019. Now, he has signed a deal which will run through 2020. The 28-year-old defender played 67 games for the Lakers last season, recording ten goals and 18 assists.
