After Perttu Lindgren (injured) and Magnus Nygren, HC Davos has found their third import-player for the upcoming season in Shane Prince. The American can play both as center or winger and is, according to HCD's press release, a "intelligent forward with offensive instinct."

Prince was drafted in 2011 as 61st overall by the Ottawa Senators, for which he subsequently suited up 44 times (three goals, ten assists), before he got traded to the New York Islanders in February 2016.

Since then, the 25-year-old has been part of the New York Islanders. Over the course of his time with them, he appeared in 95 games and recorded 29 points (12 goals).
