Christian Dubé, 41, has worked as the Dragons' team manager since he ended his playing career in 2015. It is his goal to keep building a high-performance team despite the limited financial resources, according to the press release. As president Michel Volet says, Dubé has developed a lot over the past three years and is ready for the sportive and financial challenges.

Before hanging up his skates three years ago, the Swiss-Canadian played for HC Lugano, SC Bern, and HC Fribourg-Gottéron after he came to Switzerland in 1999. With SCB, he won the Swiss Championship twice, in 2010 and in 2014.
