The incident occurred in the 44th minute of play of Saturday's game. Dostoinov was not able to continue to play and left the ice with a suspected concussion, the SDA reported yesterday.

Arcobello, for his part, was not penalised on the play. In ten games for SC Bern, he has recorded three goals and five assists.
