Kenins to face a suspension after all?

The single judge did not declare Kenins guilty of violating IIHF Rule 116 ('Abuse of Officials'). The Officiating Department disagrees with his verdict and has thus decided to appeal it.
The incident occurred in the 59th minute of play in the game against SC Bern on October 6.
