Danny Kristo started the season with Brynäs IF in the Swedish Hockey League, for which he managed to record four assists in ten games. Prior to his move to Sweden this summer, he was part of KHL's Dinamo Riga.
"Kristo is a very good skater, can control the puck well and has a very fast shot," SCRJ Lakers' team manager Roger Maier sums up the player's qualities. The US-winger is expected to arrive in Rapperswil already in the course of today.
The Montreal Canadiens' 2008 second-round draft pick has an overall experience of 291 AHL games (85 goals, 85 assists) as well as 42 KHL games (eight goals, 13 assists).
