The ZSC Lions have extended the contract with their 20-year-old forward until the end of the 2020-21 season.

Remains part of the Lions: Raphael Prassl.

Only last season, the homegrown talent, who spent his junior years exclusively in the GCK/ZSC organisation, signed his first contract with the ZSC Lions. He then suited up in 66 games during the season and was able to celebrate his first Swiss championship title right away.

Team manager Sven Leuenberger has only good things to say about Prassl: "Raphael is a young player, who has made great progress," he says. "With his speed he causes unrest in the opposing defences."

This season, the 20-year-old has appeared in all of the Lions 16 games in the National League and put up a total of six points (three goals, three assists).
