Blick's Christoph Schär had already reported last week that Kuonen was to extend his contract with the Tigers. The forward is currently in his third season with them and has recorded seven goals and two assists in 19 games.

Federico Lardi, for his part, returned to the Tigers in 2017 after playing for Lausanne HC for four seasons. This year, the defenseman recorded one goal and three assists in 19 games.
