Between 2005-2012 Campoli played for the New York Islanders, Ottawa Senators, Chicago Blackhawks and Montreal Canadiens. He completed a total of 458 games in the NHL in which he scored 36 goals and 115 assists.
After last year's lockout, Campoli didn't find an NHL club to play for. Thus, he signed with EHC Biel in the NLA, where he scored 1 goal and 8 assists in 10 games.
