National League

The deficit accumulated at the end of the past season amounts to CHF 2'695'586.-.

The club expects to close the next season without a deficit.

During the meeting with the shareholders, the club highlighted a remarkable positive trend over three years, from the 2016-17 result to the 2018-19 forecast, and the financial plan for the following years, which now make it possible to break-even by next season.

The deficit requires, however, an authorised increase in the share capital from CHF 4 million to CHF 6 million. This increase, already approved by the previous shareholders' meeting, has so far been only partially followed up, therefore it is imperative that it will be completed by the end of the next year.

On a side note, after five years, Michele Orsi leaves the club. The general manager has expressed the desire to leave the club to face in the short term a new and particularly interesting professional challenge.
