Gaëtan Haas has extended his contract with SC Bern until 2021, including an NHL out-clause. Scherwey is about to sign, too.

Haas, who turns 27 in three days, has signed an early contract extension with SCB. His contract would have ran out in 2020, his new deal runs through 2021 and includes an option to leave the club in direction of the NHL in 2019.

Moreover, also Tristan Scherwey is expected to extend his contract: "I am very optimistic," he says to the Berner Zeitung about the state of the negotiations with the Bears. According to the same source, the 27-year-old, whose contract is running out in 2020, will sign a multi-year extension, which also includes an NHL out-clause.
