The Swiss Life Arena is going to open in 2022.

This morning, the Lions invited their partners in Altstetten for the ground-breaking ceremony of their new stadium, the Swiss Life Arena. Although the construction decision is not yet legally binding, they have obtained a provisional building permit.
"This is a milestone in the history of the ZSC Lions," CEO Peter Zahner says. "We are also very proud that we have already found our Naming Right Partner in Swiss Life."
The new arena in Altstetten is going to have a capacity of 12,000 spectators and is scheduled to open its gates in June 2022.
