Stefan Ulmer: Leaving Lugano for Biel?

After nine seasons with HC Lugano, Stefan Ulmer is apparently set to leave, as he is part of a group of players, also including Sébastien Reuille, Elvis Merzlikins and Gregory Hofmann, being highlighted at their end-of-season celebration.

As Flavio Viglezio (Corriere del Ticino) writes, he is set to join EHC Biel.

The Austrian with a Swiss licence appeared in 430 games for Lugano, recording 29 goals and 92 assists. Before his time in the south of Switzerland, the defenceman played for the Spokane Chiefs in the Canadian WHL for three years.
