EVZ's head coach has led the club to the playoff final. His contract thus has automatically been extended until 2021.

EV Zug can look forward to the fifth final series in their club history - and coach Dan Tangnes can look forward to another year in Zug. His contract has been prematurely and automatically extended for another season, through the 2020-21 season, the Neue Zürcher Zeitung writes.

The Norwegian bench boss joined the Bulls at the beginning of the current season on a two-year deal, valid until 2020. Before that, he had worked in Sweden for ten years, for Rögle BK and Linköping HC.
