HC Lugano's vice-president Andy Näser tells Ticinonline that they are still looking for two important figures for the next season.

The Cornèr Arena is still waiting for its next goalkeeper.

The Bianconeri still have to find two important pieces before they can complete the puzzle: the team manager and the goalkeeper. For the replacement of Roland Habisreutinger, fired in March after the defeat in four games at the hand of EV Zug, Näser reveals that they do not know how long it will take.

For the goalkeeper, the urgency is greater: "It's possible that we'll know more in the next few days. We have ideas in mind - both on the Swiss and foreign market - and we are still making our own evaluations. We need to understand which operations may take place, but it is objectively still too early to provide clearer information." Lausanne HC's Sandro Zurkirchen was reportedly close to signing with HC Lugano, despite a valid contract with the Lions also for the 2019-20 season.
