Jan Cadieux to become assistant coach in Geneva?

The Grenats recently selected Patrick Émond as their new head coach, while Chris McSorley retained the position of team manager. To complete the coaching staff, Jan Cadieux is expected to become the assistant coach of Émond. Cadieux spent three years in Fribourg coaching the Junior team, and then joined the HCB Ticino Rockets in the Swiss League as head coach for two years. As a player, Cadieux spent eight seasons in Geneva.

"Everything is open," Cadieux said in an interview with La Liberté in February, when he was asked if he will stay on as head coach of the HCB Ticino Rockets next season. "I would like to take a step ahead and work as an assistant coach in the National League, for example."
