"It's true," EHCB's team manager Martin Steinegger says to 20 minutes and confirms that the naturalization of Marc-Antoine Pouliot might not happen anytime soon. "Everything is taking longer than we had hoped at first." In fact, Steinegger does not count on his center to become a Swiss citizen during the upcoming season.
Steinegger, however, is not too worried about it: "I always thought it would be a bonus if this naturalization happened." As of today it looks like EHC Biel will start the season with four import-players, including Pouliot. "And I think that will also be the case for the last game of the upcoming season," Steinegger says.
Marc-Antoine Pouliot's contract with the Seelanders is valid until the end of the season. In the past season, he suited up in a total of 51 games in red and yellow and recorded 36 points (15 goals).
