According to Sport-Center (published on Le Matin's website), Genève-Servette HC was likely forced to go down that route due to their long injury list (Tömmernes, Guebey, Kast, Antonietti, Völlmin, Bozon, Fritsche).

The Grenats signed Cajka in late August. Their plan was to let the 18-year-old forward play with their U20 team and occasionally call him up to fill the fifth import player spot. In six games for GSHC's U20 team, he has recorded five goals and six assists.
