The Canadian forward has extended his agreement with HC Ambrì-Piotta for another month.

Scottie Upshall arrived in Switzerland at the beginning of November with a contract initially valid until Christmas, with the idea of then representing Canada at the Spengler Cup. Following the tournament's victory with Team Canada, Upshall was, therefore, able to find a solution at least for the next month.

Despite arriving already in November, Upshall was able to suit up only six times with the Biancoblù due to injury. In those six games, Upshall collected four points.
