After six games straight games in the jersey of Biel, HC Davos has recalled their 26-year-old Finnish defender from the Seeland.

Otso Rantakari returns to Davos

Whether the Finn is going to stay with Davos, however, remains up in the air, as the club from the Landwassertal is apparently also looking for another import-forward in view of the playoffs, Tages-Anzeiger's journalist Kristian Kapp reports.

Rantakari joined EHC Biel on loan from Davos three weeks ago in order to alleviate Anssi Salmela's injury-related absence. In a total of six games for the Seelanders, Rantakari managed to put up one goal and two assists. With Davos before, he suited up in 26 games, recording 20 points (eight goals, twelve assists).
