Noah Schneeberger has a valid contract with HC Fribourg-Gottéron until the end of the 2020-21 season. As the team manager of the Lakers, Janick Steinmann, tells La Liberté, they will certainly not engage in any discussions with Schneeberger as long as he is still under contract with the Dragons.
Schneebeger was loaned to the Lakers, as he was not getting enough ice time with the Dragons. On average, he is on the ice for 12:25 minutes per game. While this might not be a lot, it is still double the amount of time he got in while playing with the Dragons this season (6:07 minutes/game).
